Traditional method (secondary fermentation in the bottle.)
The 2013 Baileyana Brut Rosé is fresh and fruity and with
pronounced aromas of raspberry, strawberry and candied fruit. The
nose is complemented with flavors of ruby red grapefruit, cherry
and a hint of hazelnut. The balanced structure and richness in
flavor create a beautifully refreshing wine that is equally good on
its own or with food.

Simply delicious! Light, fruity, but crisp and tangy at the same time. Bubbles last a long time!
